Nikos Aliagas “traumatized” by his burglary, his lawyer breaks the silence

Last January, Nikos Aliagas

was the victim of an attempt to burglary

at his home located in Fontenay-sous-Bois, in Val-de-Marne. According to information from Parisian, five individuals allegedly tried to enter the home of the star host of the first channel. The BAC would have spotted the criminals before chasing them and placing them in police custody.

All aged between 19 and 23, the burglars would have received a heavy sentence since the Val-de-Marne criminal court, in Créteil, would have required one to two years of imprisonment, according to our colleagues. Despite this verdict, Nikos Aliagas would not be reassured. Guest of Cyril Hanouna on the set of Do not touch My TV this Thursday, February 1, 2024, his lawyer spoke at length about his trauma.

“Extremely significant anxiety damage”

“He is traumatized”he said before adding: “When we find serflex in the car, that is to say zip ties to tie your hands, to tie your feet. When you find adhesive tape to tape your mouth shut, when you know that you are with your children that you live with your wife, which happened with Mr. Guillon, in retrospect you have an extremely significant anxiety damage because it could have been there in his house with his children.”

During his appearance on C8, the latter also returned to the trial. “During the hearing, the defendants still said that the instructions they had received were only to steal quickly, to leave very quickly and that there be no act of violence. But when we found himself with a car filled with serflex and adhesive tape… The aggravation of the sequestration was not accepted by the court. Only what could be materially visible was retained, this attempted burglary by organized gang.” A chilling story.
