Nikola Karabatic will continue to wear the colors of PSG handball at least until June 30, 2023. It is the club which announces this Monday in a press release. The three-time Olympic champion has signed for one more season.
“A very great pride for the club, welcomed Jean-Claude Blanc, Deputy Director General of PSG. His talent, his experience and his determination will still be references for the other players in the squad and a major asset for our team in its quest for titles in the months to come. “
“Very happy to continue the adventure”
Nikola Karabatic arrived in 2015 at PSG. He has since won six French championships, but also a Coupe de France, three League Cups and two Champions Trophies, which allowed it to become the most sacred player in Starligue with a total of 13 titles.
“I am very happy to continue the adventure”, said Nikola Karabatic. Last season the number 44 had been absent for long months, victim of a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in October 2020. He was only able to return to the field in time for the Olympic Games in Tokyo this summer.
