Nicolas Sarkozy filed a complaint for death threats, an investigation was opened in Paris

An investigation into repeated death threats against former President Nicolas Sarkozy and his son Jean was opened on Wednesday September 20 in Paris and entrusted to the Brigade for the Repression of Delinquency against the Person, announced the floor.

“We have been informed of a complaint filed this morning at the police station in the 16th arrondissement of Paris”, specified the prosecution, confirming information from Actu17. This complaint was filed through Nicolas Sarkozy’s security chief.

Nicolas Sarkozy, aged 68, is currently promoting his latest book, The Time of Fighting. From Gérald Darmanin to the Republicans, the former head of state reveals his truths about politics. He particularly praises the Minister of the Interior. “So far, the facts have largely proven him right. Will he be able to take another step, or even the final step, the one which leads to the presidency of the Republic? I wish him so, because he has qualities obvious”he writes.

The former tenant of the Elysée relates that he did not “Never” was disappointed by Bruno Le Maire, the Minister of the Economy, “his seriousness and his capacity for work”. He also compares former Prime Minister Edouard Philippe to François Fillon and believes that the Les Républicains party is a “talent pool”.
