Nice resisted. Le Gym won against Brest on Sunday January 9 in the match counting for the 20th day of Ligue 1 (3-0). After quickly opening the scoring thanks to Kasper Dolberg, the Aiglons suffered a good part of the game, the consequence of Morgan Schneiderlin’s severe expulsion in the 20th minute. Evolving at 10 against 11 for more than an hour at the Stade Francis-Le Blé, they finally managed to make the break thanks to Andy Delort at the end of the match, before Amine Gouiri drove the nail on a counter in the additional time.
This success allows Christophe Galtier’s men to climb provisionally to second place in the championship standings, ahead of Marseille, which has one game less.
