Seeing the workers slowly returning to the city center, the team decided to facilitate business lunches and other rushed lunches.
Chef Xavier Dahan’s new formula is an express three-course table d’hôte, served in 45 minutes. The menu will change regularly and will always offer a fish or seafood, a meat and a vegetarian dish.
The particularity of this table d’hôte? Starter, main course and dessert are served at the same time, in an elegant compartmentalized plate designed by Montreal ceramist Basma Osama (Céramik B). A few à la carte options are also available for those who want to take their time.
In addition, the Bivouac is reopening its terrace for the summer season next week. From Thursday, May 12, you can enjoy its exceptional view of the city center and the Place des Festivals.
