Neo, their 18-year-old son with no filter on his financial situation!

For several years on YouTube, Gaëlle Burlot, alias Sophie Fantasy and Grégory Thonet, alias Greg Inside, made Internet users dream by highlighting their family life. Their many subscribers took pleasure in following all their daily life on the famous platform. But the main interested parties ended up being tainted by a terrible scandal. Indeed, they were accused of having scammed 340 people with “Euro Challenges”their former marriage agency.

Alongside 12 other defendants, Gaëlle Burlot and Grégory Thonet were therefore tried for “abuse of weakness”, “organized gang fraud”And “moral harassment”. On March 6, 2023, the duo was sentenced to five years in prison, including 18 months suspended and a fine of 100,000 euros. A few hours after this court decision, Neo, their eldest son ended up breaking the silence on the networks to give their news: “Thank you to everyone who sends us messages of support, the situation is terrible for us and your messages bring us strength”.

“Obviously, it was a shock…”

In the midst of turmoil, the young man who has just celebrated his 18th birthday had also assured his community that he would deliver his truth when the time came. As part of an interview with Jeremstar – unveiled this Sunday, March 12, 2023 on YouTube – Neo returned to the fraud case that literally shook his family: “Of course, it was a shock, we were really not well, and even today, I was in denial”.

And to add bluntly: “I said to myself that it was not possible that my parents end up in prison”. In a completely different sequence, the main interested party also made some confessions about his financial situation: “I’m 18, I’m a millionaire, I’ve achieved everything in my life, and my parents are at their lowest […]. It completely breaks us. It breaks up the family…“. His priority? Preserving his little brother: “We do our best to explain to Swan […]. Obviously, we do not explain it clearly to him because he is 11 years old. Unfortunately, we had to organize ourselves to find out how we could do without our parents.

“Are you the one who will eventually be responsible for Swan?”, Jeremstar then asked. “Yes, it’s me who will have to take care of it”, confirmed his interlocutor. “And I will do my best. I will protect him […]”. Out of the question for Neo to be separated from him: “I never leave my brother like that to other people. That’s for sure! Ultimately, if they really want to put him in a foster family, I come to the family too”. A cry from the heart that left no one unmoved…
