An unusual intervention for the firefighters of Loire-Atlantique. The latter were called this Sunday, May 29 at the start of the day, shortly after 10 a.m., to free a horse stuck in the marshes in Sainte-Reine-de-Bretagne, near the canal of the same name. The equine is indeed blocked up to the necklinethe part between the head and the shoulders.
Twenty firefighters on site
Twenty firefighters, seven rescue vehicles were dispatched to the scene to come to the aid of the horse and to extract it from the marshes. The animal is fine, it was left in the care of its owner.
