Beers made the traditional way!
The Shakespeare Brewery is a brewery producing real English beer packaged in bottles, brewed with authentic ingredients, here in Béarn. All beers are brewed with malted barley, hops and English yeast, without any additives or chemicals.
The beers are made in a traditional way that has remained unchanged for centuries. The malted barley is macerated in hot water, rinsed and then boiled. Hops are added before being cooled, then fermented with yeast. The beer is then bottled and undergoes a second fermentation. Four weeks to be conditioned, it is ready to delight you.

A range of six beers including:
‘Three Witches’a bitter beer with a pronounced malt taste, a dry, intense note, and a strong aroma of hops, 5.1%. ‘Damned Spot’a rich, creamy stout with a roasted, malty taste, and a bitter finish and a hint of chocolate, 5.5%. ‘Passionate Pilgrim’ Brewed using “Challenger” hops, blended with “Maris Otter”, to give an amber malt beer with a sweet undertone and a pronounced nutty finish. 4.5%. ‘Midsummer Nights Dream’ Very pale, almost lager in color, this easy-drinking beer is hopped with “Challenger” for bitterness and “Fuggles” for subtle aroma. 5%.
A magnificent mobile van bar is even available for your parties.
