Young people and veterans will unite their voices on the Plains of Abraham on June 23 for the Grand spectacle de la fête nationale.

About ten guests will take the stage under the direction of Antoine Gratton. Regulars, like Richard Séguin and Marjo, but also up-and-coming artists, like Lou-Adriane Cassidy and Scott-Pien Picard.
Salebarbes, Florent Volllant, Mélissa Bédard, Jérôme 50, Laura Niquay, Breen Lebœuf and Sara Dufour will also be part of the show, which will unfold under the theme “Our language with a thousand accents”.
The traditional patriotic speech will be delivered by the spokesperson for the national holiday this year, Marc Labrèche.
For their part, Marco Calliari and Pépé and his guitar will have the task of warming up the crowd at the start of the evening. Starting at 6:30 p.m., they are waiting for Quebecers on the Plains to offer them a performance revisiting local classics.
The party will also be celebrated on the Grande-Allée, which will be pedestrianized for the occasion. From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the street will be animated by the Kumpa’nia brass band and artists from the Flip Fabrique circus.
The Grand spectacle de la fête nationale will be broadcast on Télé-Québec, starting at 9:30 p.m. on June 23, in rebroadcast at the same time on June 25.
