Anna Wintour, the editorial director of the Conde Nast group, which notably manages the famous fashion specialist Vogueannounced the news and the related layoffs (unspecified number) in this email sent to employees.
The Pitchfork team will “join the organization of GQ » and some of its employees “will leave the company today [mercredi] “, she says.
Pitchfork, which started as an independent music blog founded in 1996, has become one of the leading American music media, both through its reviews and its information on this economic sector. It was bought by Conde Nast in 2015.
