For the second time in fifteen months, the murderer of Isabelle Bolduc, Marcel Blanchette, refused to appear before the Parole Board of Canada.

Incarcerated for more than 26 years, Blanchette was asking for leave.

At the point of a revolver, Blanchette kidnapped her and then assaulted her before being finally arrested by police in Montreal. Manon will soon be 52 years old.

Marcel Bolduc is also trying to heal his wounds.

Like 15 months ago, the two victims expected to finally be able to speak to the individual who hurt them so much 26 years ago, but they will have to wait once again.

The other murderer of Isabelle Bolduc, Jean-Paul Bainbridge was twice refused permission for supervised outings, the last time was in January 2019.
