The 4e edition of Galeries Weekend Montréal continues until Sunday. This free event, presented in the largest cities in the world, offers curious people and art lovers the chance to discover the works of more than a hundred artists in 27 galleries and art centers.
Routes take place in four districts of the metropolis: downtown, on the Plateau, in Rosemont/Villeray and in Old Montreal. An invitation to explore the city from an artistic perspective for a weekend!
The event allows you to discover a selection of exhibitions, interact with artists and participate in interactive activities. Guided tours, conferences, creative workshops and brunches in the company of artists and gallery owners are planned. To see, exhibitions like Clearing Corridor Chamber Cave by Simon Petepiece and Projection by Justin Weiler (Nicolas Robert gallery), Ruinenlust by Natascha Niederstrass (Patrick Mikhail gallery), Moving Images by Luke Painter (Patel Brown gallery) and Secrets by Jérôme Nadeau (Clark Center) which explores the interaction between architecture, technology and modernist narratives.
