The 159 workers concerned will vote on this tentative agreement at a general meeting to be held next Tuesday, March 8, the union said Thursday.

The content of the agreement was not disclosed, the union preferring to keep the scoop for its members, as is usually the case in such circumstances.

Remuneration, however, was at the heart of the dispute.

These workers are members of a union of the Federation of Public Service Employees, which is affiliated with the CSN. They take care of welcoming delegates and organizing events at the Palais des Congrès.

Management had yet to comment on it as of this writing.
