Concerts, entertainment, catering, from Saturday August 20 to Sunday August 28, 2022, the mirabelle plum festival is making a comeback in Metz!
Every summer, the city of Metz celebrates the mirabelle plum, concerts, shows, markets, restaurants and entertainment are on the agenda, at the lake and at the Esplanade!
On the program: the Queen’s coronation, a major concert by the artist Hoshi, fireworks, a Market of Flavors and Arts, but also a Mirabelle plum pie competition and a large nautical parade…
Unavoidable, the traditional election of the Mirabelle plum queen, that’s 8 candidates for a coronation! Saturday August 20 at 8:30 p.m., at the Esplanade, discover the new ambassador of the city of Metz and her runners-up on a flowery float.
From Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 August, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., during Flavors and Arts Market, find local producers and fill your baskets! A mirabelle plum pie competition is organized for Sunday August 21 at 4 p.m.
And let the music be! On Saturday August 27, from 6:30 p.m. make way for the DJ set Antony Adam, before returning to the musician artist Cascadeur at 7:30 p.m., then, at 9 p.m., the artist Hoshi who comes to present his new album entitled Creepy star. To close the evening, at 10:30 p.m., a pyrotechnic and musical show takes place with the theme “water and fire”.
Moreover, the funfair mirabelle plums are also present from August 19 to September 4 at Place de la République.
