Stéphane de Groodt, a true passionate of words, has made his dyslexia his signature. The actor is showing in the film “Tout nous sourit”, at the cinema on Wednesday 20 October. Meeting at the Édouard VII theater in Paris.
Featured in the film Everything smiles on us, which will be released in theaters on Wednesday October 20, Stéphane de Groodt is also rehearsing on the stage of the Édouard VII theater in Paris where he will perform “Qui est Monsieur Schmit” by Sébastien Thiéry alongside Valérie Bonneton. The actor, disarmingly natural, at ease everywhere, never stops. “We have several senses, so it’s all about using our senses. I touch everything because I like to smell, breathe, enjoy everything”, he explains, using the words, as usual. Stéphane de Groodt sees himself as “a greedy”, who “go where he wants to do things”, with as a common thread, between cinema, theater and radio, the pleasure of playing. “I am a professional player”, he says.
The actor is also just as player in Everything smiles on us. In this film by Mélissa Drigeard, Stéphane de Groodt goes to his country house with his lover. Problem, his wife had the same idea. “It speaks of love, of the couple through different generations. We explain that a couple loves each other, but that at one point, they can love each other differently. It’s full of hope, full of tenderness, and it smiles “, he says. The interpretation prize was awarded to him for this film at the Alpe d’Huez festival (Isère).
