The Picardie farm, in Batiscan, was ravaged by flames on Saturday afternoon.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) was called in for reinforcement on Saturday afternoon, around 2 p.m., for a fire at a farm on Rang Picardie, in Batiscan in Mauricie.
In the distance, a thick cloud of smoke can be seen as the flames continue to spread. The SQ cannot comment on the fire at this time.
