Sandrine Rousseau, MP for Europe Ecology – The Greens (EELV) from Paris, was the guest of “4 Vérités” on France 2, Monday November 13.

After participating, on Sunday, November 12, in the march against anti-Semitism in Paris, Sandrine Rousseau greeted “an extremely important, (…) very sincere mobilization of a number of citizens”Monday in “4 Vérités” on France 2. “I also remember a political moment, in my opinion, of a turning point, where the National Rally (RN) whitewashed itself in the face of its natural anti-Semitism”added the Europe Écologie – Les Verts (EELV) MP from Paris, returning to the presence of Marine Le Pen at this march.

“Anti-Semitism cannot be combined with the past in the RN”

“Anti-Semitism cannot be combined with the past in the RN”added Sandrine Rousseau, indicating that “in the RN parliamentary group today in the National Assembly, there is a deputy (…) who opened a bookstore which sold negationist works”.

The EELV MP from Paris also condemned the statements of La France insoumise (LFI) MP David Guiraud on the conflict between Hamas and Israel, who drew a parallel between the Hamas attacks on October 7 and the Sabra massacre and Chatila in the 1980s, during a conference in Tunisia. “These are comments that have no place in the political debate today”she estimated.
