Mamou Ba is a great traveler. She was born in Mali but has lived in France for many years while following her husband in his various missions abroad. In 2020 she settled in Rivery by taking over the restaurant La Table d’Hort.
2004 is the defining year of his life. This year, Mamou Ba lands her first job as a cook in a restaurant in Angola. It is also the year of birth of her first child. If her parents dreamed of her as a doctor, Mamou had only one desire to become a chef and open her own restaurant.
