(Vancouver) Lululemon Athletic reported second-quarter net income of $392.9 million, driven by higher net revenues.
The Vancouver-based apparel company said its second-quarter net profit was up from $341.6 million a year earlier.
Revenue for the company, which reports in U.S. dollars, totaled $2.4 billion in the period ended July 28, up from $2.2 billion in the same quarter last year.
Net sales attributable to Lululemon’s international markets increased 29% from last year, while the share related to the Americas increased 1%.
Lululemon’s diluted earnings per share were $3.15, compared to $2.68 in the second quarter of 2023.
Company CEO Calvin McDonald said the results reflect continued strength in the company’s international operations and its U.S. product mix.
