Launch and Airing Schedule for Love Island VIP

To catch ‘Love Island VIP’ on regular television, viewers should tune in to RTL Zwei every Thursday at 8:15 PM, starting October 24. However, for those who prefer online viewing, there’s an alternative option available.

You can stream ‘Love Island VIP’ through the live TV service RTL+. Notably, the first episode is accessible before its television airing, and viewers can preview the first 10 minutes for free. A subscription is required to view the entire episode on RTL+.

Following the initial broadcast, episodes will also be available for later viewing on RTL+, typically for up to 7 days without charge, after which access will require a subscription.

What to Expect from Love Island VIP

In contrast to the original ‘Love Island’ series, the VIP version showcases familiar faces from previous seasons, bringing back former contestants and ex-couples. These personalities are well-known within the celebrity and influencer realms and have participated in other reality shows aside from ‘Love Island.’ Now, they are ready to rekindle their pursuit of love.

While the contestants may have changed, the rules governing the villa remain consistent. The celebrity participants will reside in the villa for an extended period to deepen their connections.

As the typical coupling ceremonies unfold, participants will form couples and share beds. Additionally, contestants can be eliminated, so they must strategically navigate relationships to remain in the game. Alongside building romantic bonds, friendships are also crucial. Ultimately, the goal includes not just finding true love but also winning a cash prize of 50,000 euros.

Another notable difference in this season is its format. Unlike the live airing of the regular version, the VIP edition has been pre-recorded. Sylvie Meis, who has hosted the standard series since 2021, returns as the familiar face guiding viewers through the VIP season.
