Norrie, seeded third in the tournament, will face world No. 1 Daniil Medvedev in the final.
Auger-Aliassime was the third seed in Los Cabos. He earned a first-round bye before knocking out Mexican Alex Hernandez and American Steve Johnson to reach the semi-finals.
