This Wednesday morning, we were heading for the magnificent village of Gigors-et-Lozeron.
We were received there by Emmanuel Feraa, the Brewer-Founder of this atypical Brasserie, “La Brasserie des 3 Becs”
Emmanuel grows the cereals and hops himself and then brews his organic beers.

Also with us, Chocolatier Bernard Xueref, from the “La Frigoulette” chocolate factory in Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, who is not a man insensitive to what we eat, and who is currently preparing a book (our land, our plates ) on “eating well”.
And our Toqué the chef Alain Berne, best worker in France, who had cooked a dish using the “Rousse – Bio” beer from the Brasserie.
Without forgetting also, Jérémy, the Baker of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, who created a delicious Bread, with sourdough and “Drèche” (cooked barley residue which remains in the tank after the beer has been cooked and racked must)
