The showcase festival M for Montreal unveiled on Tuesday the names of eight artists among the 30 who have been chosen in the official selection as part of its 17e edition, which will take place next November.

More than 300 players in the music industry, including a hundred international delegates, will have the opportunity to see Acadian Lisa Leblanc in the showcase, as well as the participant from The voice Soran or Ariane Roy.
Also in attendance will be Fernie, Odreii, Virginie B, dee holt and the Saskatoon quartet Slow Down Molasses.
The event will be held once again this year in a hybrid format; the virtual portion of the event will take place on November 9 and 10, while the face-to-face segment is scheduled for November 16-19.
M pour Montréal will also present, for the second year, its series of shows intended for the general public, M pour Marathon, from November 17 to 19.
