Baptiste Porcher’s attitude quickly arouses discomfort with certain women in particular: under the eyes of a young magistrate, he writes the suffix “-tion” behind the name of a suspect, Mr. Fellah. Rude jokes of a sexual nature, but also misogynistic behavior going as far as harassment, denounce certain collaborators, who seek, for example, to avoid the prosecutor in the corridors of the court.

In February 2024, before the Superior Council of the Judiciary, there was also talk of Baptiste Porcher’s perceived insistent gazes on necklines. The man denies. As for humor, it evokes “second degree“, while expressing his regrets. The representative of the Ministry of Justice requested a “firm sanction“by removing his functions as prosecutor, denouncing a man who”no longer has any legitimacy: he behaves like those we judge by minimizing his actions and denying the words of the victims“.
