Mead 100% made in Landes

In 2021, the Ruchers de Laîné started producing mead! This is how the very first Landes mead was born at the time, certified by the department’s customs services.
This ancestral drink made of water, honey and yeast is now available in dry, semi-dry and sweet mead. To associate without hesitation with a fois gras and its gingerbread.
