For a little over 3 years Nadia Weiss has moved to 9 rue Nogué in Pau the old address of rue des cordeliers had become too small to contain all the gastronomy and the typical decoration of our guest’s native country: Germany. Originally from Nuremberg Nadia Weiss never misses every Christmas to order the famous gingerbread famous all over the world.
Germany has a very strong Christmas tradition if you like this atmosphere like real Christmas markets with its small wooden decorations, marzipan subjects, the German Stall’s cinnamon will delight you!
Do you know the stollen or the Christollen? a kind of typically German brioche with almonds, oranges or even small chocolates in the shape of Christmas characters without forgetting St-Nicolas is December 6 very celebrated in Germany. All the suppliers of the German Stall are handpicked by Nadia Weiss from beer through pretzels, sauerkraut, cold meats and desserts like the inevitable Black Forest.
