Laval resident David Blin won it all again during the French para-cycling championships in Ploërmel in Morbihan. Riding his tricycle adapted to his handicap, David Blin won two national titles. The victory on Saturday June 11 during the road race then the best time the next day during the time trial.
In total, David Blin, licensed at Laval Cyclisme 53 and trained by Jean-Luc Bourgeais, has eleven titles of champion of France in para-cycling (seven in road racing and four in time trial).
His teammate, Anthony Raymond (category C3) is also on the podium. He took 3rd place in the road race (and 4th in the CLM).
Among women, Heidi Gaugain won the title of champion of France against the clock (vice-champion of France in road race). The Mayennaise trains at the para-cycling hope center in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
