Around 11:45 p.m., shots were fired in the direction of a house on rue du Gerfaut, in the Sainte-Rose district, in Laval.
The shots caused no injuries. A few bullets shattered the living room window, noted The Press Tuesday mid-afternoon.
“We don’t know if there were people in the residence at the time of the shooting,” said police spokeswoman Stéphanie Beshara.
The publicist had no other details concerning the circumstances of this new episode of violence.
Investigators analyzed the crime scene overnight and the scene was lifted early Tuesday morning.
