The all-Paris met at the Grand Rex, in Paris for the premiere of the film Supreme by Audrey Estrougo. The biopic, which traces the birth and beginnings of the legendary rap group NTM, from Seine-Saint-Denis, was screened in the cinema on November 17, in the presence of the film crew. Several film, fashion and television stars were also present, such as host Laurie Cholewa, who was accompanied by her husband Greg Lévi, comedians Kevin Razy and Claudia Tagbo.
We were also able to meet the actresses Romane Bohringer, Alice David and Eye Haidara. RaphaëPersonnaz was also present, as was Elie Chouraqui, who came to encourage his son César, who plays the role of Franck Chevalier, one of the managers of the NTM group. The latter was also present that evening.
Sandor Funtek, the companion of Chloé Jouannet and Théo Christine, the two stars of the film, could not miss this event. The first, who plays Bruno Lopes alias Kool Shen, was on the arm of Alice Belaïdi and the second, who lends his features to Didier Morville aka JoeyStarr, was also present, surrounded by friends.
JoeyStarr has reunited with his lifelong sidekick, DJ Cut Killer, who composed the music for the feature film. The actor and author posed with director Audrey Estrougo and took a little walkabout. He also had fun signing autographs and taking pictures with his fans, many of them for this screening. Kool Shen, who has been on the outs for years with his former buddy, didn’t show up.
The film Supreme has been presented at the Cannes Film Festival 2021, in midnight session. There is no doubt that NTM fans will happily rediscover the nostalgia of the 1990s and discover the genesis of one of the greatest French rap group.
