After this intense month of traveling through France and Europe, Laurent Jalabert well deserved a few days of rest and he was finally able to return home yesterday, to his family and in particular his adorable dog, Jadou. He was certainly able to find his son, jules who has also been bitten by the cycling virus. Indeed, at only 20 years old, the young boy is already a little cycling prodigy, as evidenced by his results from last year.

Registered for the Tour du Minervois last year, Jules Jalabert won the 2021 edition before participating in the Tour du Cameroun. Surprisingly, this sports marketing student started cycling quite late and although his results are impressive, he doesn’t put too much pressure on himself. “I’ve been cycling for a year. For now, I’m doing it for fun. I did a few races in the third category last summer to find out what it was like to ride in the peloton.he tells RFI.
