At 39, Laura Smet is the proud mother of a three-year-old boy named Léo, the fruit of her love with her husband, Raphaël Lancray Javal. A few weeks after the birth of her son, the actress quickly regained her refined figure. “I like to feel slim, but never in the extreme: if I’m hungry, I eat! Being quite stressed by nature, I burn calories easily. I’m lucky to have a super sporty nature. I have integrated yoga into my morning routine, I do boxing, it also balances my head…” she explained. And to conclude about his routine before being in front of the lens: “Two weeks before a shoot or filming, I’m very careful about what I eat. In the evening, it’s a plate of vegetables and that’s it”.
