All candidates are put on an equal footing with the same ingredients provided to each team. All that’s left is to add everyone’s secret ingredients, and cross your fingers for victory! The day will not only be a competition, visitors will be able to enjoy musical entertainment, a farmers’ market and a meal served in the evening.
The Garburade is still looking for participants for its championship!
Everyone can register until August 25th. Registration can be done by email or directly by going to the headquarters of the La Garburade association, which is permanently open Monday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. All additional information can be found on their website.
