For 3 years Barbara Peplow has been at the head of the “Karabana” beach dunes hut, on the Victor Mendiboure promenade in Anglet. A magical place on the front line facing the ocean where you are served healthy food with organic vegetables and fruits.
In addition to a small menu, each day Barbara offers a dish based on rice or noodles, a salad of the day or a toast.
The hut opens in the morning at 9:30 am at breakfast time with a taloa formula with cheddar, egg and drink at 10 euros until sunset.
