It’s the end of the Piedmontese adventure for the “Duke”. At the end of his contract after five seasons in Turin, Adrien Rabiot is leaving Juventus, as announced by the club’s technical director, Cristiano Giuntoli, on Thursday, July 18. “I wanted to thank Rabiot and wish him a bright future,” said the manager during the press conference to present the new coach, Thiago Motta.

The 29-year-old midfielder joined the Bianconeri after being suspended by PSG during the 2018-2019 season for refusing to extend his contract. In Italy, the French international was crowned champion in 2020, and won two Cups. He is coming off a Euro played as a starter with Didier Deschamps’ Blues, eliminated by Spain in the semi-finals. His next destination is not yet known.
