Friday, June 17, a reconstruction of the case in which a police officer had killed two motorists who refused to comply on April 24, took place at Pont Neufin Paris.

It was a case that had caused a lot of talk. Several weeks ago, two men were killed by a policeman because they refused to comply. To better understand the facts, a reconstruction was set up on Friday, June 17, in the presence of the 24-year-old policeman who is the author of the shots. The purpose of the reconstruction is to shed light on whether the police officer fired in self-defense.

The tragedy occurred in the presence of witnesses and according to them, many shots were fired. “We heard two shots, then afterwards we heard four, then I can’t say if it’s six or seven”, explains one of them. The first elements of the investigation tend to show that the 24-year-old police officer would have fired ten times, first on the windshield then on the side before aiming at the rear of the passenger compartment. The official is free, but he was indicted for intentional homicide.
