She has to pay close to 90,000 euros of damage to the former logistician victim of bullying. An employee of the former PSA for nearly 20 years, Vincent Tousch has worked on several sites. Vincent Tousch seizes the anti-harassment cell of Stellantis and the labor inspectorate. He denounces a situation of harassment that has been going on since 2016. Exhaust, in 2020 he joined a clinic specializing in the treatment of burnout. He then receives a letter of interview prior to his dismissal. On his release from convalescence, he seized the Prud’hommes. As of October 2015, “the situation of instability of Vincent Tousch was exposed, associated with the contempt with which the company PSA Automobiles considered its employee, gradually placed him in a situation of psychological distress“, indicates the judgment.

Following the conviction of his former employer, Vincent Tousch first tried to resume a professional activity in the same sector. But difficult to trust his hierarchy. He finally chose to take over a small supermarket in Moselle and work on his own. For its part, the management of Stellantis affirms that it does not want to appeal the decision so that the former employee can “flourish in their new professional life“.
