Since November 18, 2023, Cauet has been at the heart of a scandal. In fact, the host is the target of three complaints for rape and sexual assault.
Legal actions which continue to be talked about to the extent that the first alleged victim, Julie, a 25-year-old woman, confided in our colleagues at BFM TV. Indeed, the latter explained to the continuous news channel that she was still a teenager when she met Sébastien Cauet for the first time with the aim of making him listen to a radio model.
“We were on the couch. So he got next to me and that’s when he pulled down his pants […]. He said to me: ‘That’s how you succeed in radio. You have to do it'”, testified the young woman. “I looked him straight in the eye and said, ‘I can’t’.” she added, explaining that she subsequently “executed”.
Facts that the main person concerned has firmly denied. On the set of TPMPhis companion Nathalie Dartois also made it known “that she will not lower herself” to contact the women who filed complaints.

A former companion of Julie testifies
Guest on the set of Do not touch My TV, a man who introduced himself as Julie’s ex-partner came to provide his testimony anonymously this Thursday, December 14, 2023.
“Julie is an ex-girlfriend of mine who dates back to 2017. We dated several times, it’s a bit complicated. It’s a story that goes in all directions in the media and legally”he said.
“I clung to this girl, but I quickly realized that she was the right one to get closer to Cauet, she was really hysterical with Cauet”added the young man.
“When he (Cauet) announced his relationship, she was extremely jealous of his situation. […] She did it with Sébastien Cauet, but I also know and I have proof, she filed a complaint against other people for rape. People who have money”, concluded the masked man facing Cyril Hanouna.
