We do not forget the ice creams of course, always in high demand, including the classic chocolate, vanilla or pistachio, but also the sorbets particularly appreciated when it is hot! And then of course the cakes and pies! All these sweets are made, when possible, with local products, such as honey from beekeeper Mathieu Lebot based in Chanonat, and whose products slip into the composition of croissants and other delicacies.
