In the caption of the photograph, her friends claim that Delphine Jubillar, born Aussaguel, could never have left by abandoning her children, Louis and Elyah whom she loved so much. She herself suffered the disappearance of her mother, so dear to her: “You would never inflict such pain on your children. It’s a certainty. Your heart is so good, that no, you didn’t fly away by your own will, alas.“
The message also alludes to the fact that Delphine Jubillar had decided to leave her husband Cédric and had a lover, met on the Gleeden app. The spouse of this man had discovered the adulterous couple and the two women had agreed that the separation takes place after Christmas 2020. The missing nurse’s lover and the mother of her child were heard by the police and had an alibi on the evening of the disappearance, they were together. Delphine’s friends – who do not use her married name but her maiden name – salute the strength of the one who had decided to be “free”, “dto love and be loved in return“: “This courage is not to be criticized or judged. You alone had the right to decide your life. (…) This courage, you paid a high price unfortunately. The unacceptable happened, that sad December night. It’s too cruel !”
At present, the investigation has not found any trace of his body, despite extensive excavations. An argument would have broken out between the Jubillars during this famous night according to their eldest son, but the testimonies did not bring more solid elements. A former prisoner led the authorities to a white vehicle with traces of blood, it is being analyzed. Cédric Jubillar, considered the number suspect, imprisoned for spousal homicide in Toulouse-Seysses prison and having strained relations with his wife’s friends, proclaims his innocence through the voice of his lawyers.
Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
