Anger of farmers: Jérôme Bayle victim of a hate message campaign
Anger of farmers: Jérôme Bayle victim of a hate message campaign – (France info)
Leading the farmers’ protest, Jérôme Bayle estimated, Friday January 26, that the farmers’ demands had been heard after Gabriel Attal’s announcements. But, on Saturday January 27, he was the victim of rumors and hateful messages.
Improvised leader of the peasant revolt, farmer Jérôme Bayle became in a few hours the target of hateful people on social networks. During Gabriel Attal’s speech on Friday January 26, he was present and close to the Minister of Ecological Transition, Christophe Béchu. On a video, we see him giving a piece of paper to the minister: he is therefore accused of collusion on social networks.
He decided to lift the Carbone dam
Satisfied by Gabriel Attal’s announcements, he decided to lift the Carbone barrier on the A64 which he had initiated. On social networks, he is accused by his detractors of having stopped the movement too early. “Bayle is a sellout and a traitor”, can we read on X, formerly Twitter. Questioned about the case, the farmer claims to have given the minister the contact of a farming family in difficulty.
