He is a key figure in Courchevel, famous ski resort in Savoie, where he founded The Chabichou.
It is within this same establishment that Jean-François Piège made his debut. Indeed, he joined the team of Chabichou when he graduated from the Tain-l’Hermitage Hotel School in 1988. And this experience was decisive for the rest of his career.
