Jane Birkin cancels her next concerts again

Jane Birkin warned her audience in a press release on Friday May 26 that she was canceling her concerts in Paris scheduled for June as well as her presence at festivals this summer. “I’ve always been a big optimist, and I realize that I still need a little time to be able to be on stage again and with you. I love being with you so much”she wrote.

The singer gives an appointment to her audience this fall. Already in March, she had been forced to cancel her concerts for health reasons. The concert initially scheduled at the Olympia in Paris on March 21 and then postponed to June 17, 2023 is therefore finally canceled, as well as that of June 22 at La Cigale.

This is not the first time that the singer has canceled concerts. On March 2, she canceled a concert scheduled for Plougastel-Daoulas (Finistère) due to a fracture, explained the company Diogène Production, which organized the event. “I’m not well at all, I broke my shoulder blade and I’m in a lot of pain”had declared the artist to the Telegram.
