Christopher Nobili : We have already spoken frankly with my management but she did not answer me frankly. When we go to see the leaders of the Chained Duck and that we explain to them that we paid for 25 years a lady declared as an editor, whereas we know that she never wrote the slightest line and that we answer you that she read the press at her husband who draws for the newspaper and that’s why she was paid, when we explain to you that she was a bit like his assistant, like a famous assistant to François Fillon, I don’t think that is not very frank. What is the outcome?
I am laid off with loss of pay. It is extremely brutal. I am prevented from going to my office. It is also a measure intended to intimidate my supporters. I am pilloried by my management for writings, Chained Duck ! It’s more than a disappointment for me. I came to this newspaper 20 years ago to defend values. It’s my house, I have nothing to reproach myself for. Yes, it’s hard to go to the newspaper, yes, it’s sometimes surreal to be in editorial meetings where we talk about supposed cases of fictitious jobs on Fabien Roussel or the Ciotti couple in Nice and where everyone looks at their shoes. There is a cult of leaders, this weight of secrecy, that’s all we denounce.

If you are offered an amicable agreement?
Absolutely not. I will not negotiate. I am defending a model and values. I regret that some large feathers of the Chained Duck support management. This is my home and I will stay in this diary.
