“It helps us…”: The Cordule (large families) cash on the allowances they receive!

Like many participants in Large families, life in XXLthe Cordule clan is subject to various attacks, especially on social networks. Justine and Stevehappy parents of seven children – Tom, Cloé, Timeo, Toan, Lila-Rose, Lubin and the youngest Lyson – then respond to criticism concerning their income and expenses in particular against Jordan de Luxe on his show At Jordan’s for Entertainment TV.

Justine and Steve Cordule introduce themselves as “not spendthrifts“.”For shopping, we pay attentionthey then explain. We spend about 250 euros per week, or 1000 euros per month. But we are 9! We don’t take sodas because otherwise the children rush on them.“What about the money given to each of their seven children? Again, there are limits… set by the young people this time!”For pocket money, we give them when they ask. But they are not greedy“, we learn.

A large family like theirs necessarily requires greater expenses. But the happy parents are not to be pitied. “We are lucky to have a company that pays us very well“, then assures Justine Cordule, who recently announced that she was leaving the show with her clan. However, despite comfortable salaries, the couple confesses to benefiting from some aid put in place by the State. “Allowances are a supplement. Of course it helps us. To say that it doesn’t help us, that would be foolishness“, admits the pretty blonde who gave in to the sirens of cosmetic surgery. And to add: “We also have help with our rent. We have a rent of 1200 euros, so we have maybe 200 euros of APL. If they don’t give us much, it’s because we earn a good salary.

Remember that the tribes that participate in Large families, life in XXL are not remunerated. “It’s a documentary, and the legal status of a documentary is that there is no remuneration“, explained Amandine Pellissard, star mother of the program, last June on social networks. The departure of the Cordules will therefore have no financial impact on their way of life.
