Four young men, aged 20 to 24, suspected of being a commando of killers affiliated with the DZ Mafia gang, were arrested last week in the northern districts of Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), we learned on Friday June 14, the Franceinfo police-justice service, confirming information from BFM TV.

These young men were arrested after an intervention in a neighborhood conflict in the 14th arrondissement of Marseille, franceinfo learned from sources close to the investigation. The anti-crime squad then arrives on site, in a squatted apartment and discovers three Kalashnikovs, a shotgun, a submachine gun, a revolver but also numerous cell phones and balaclavas.

A source close to the investigation explains to franceinfo that this team was gaining momentum and was preparing a settling of scores. The four suspects were therefore placed in pre-trial detention. An investigation was immediately entrusted to the BRB, the criminal repression brigade of the judicial police.
