Projections published on Wednesday by the National Institute for Excellence in Health and Social Services (INESSS) predict, within two weeks, “a relative stabilization of new hospitalizations” linked to COVID-19. He estimates their number at around 160 per day, with a confidence interval between 125 and 203.
The number of infected and hospitalized patients in regular beds would reach 1732, with a confidence interval between 1556 and 1927. As for patients with COVID-19 in intensive care, they would occupy 41 beds, with an interval of confidence between 36 and 46.
