In Russia, the Indian Prime Minister discusses the strikes on Ukrainians. Received as a friend, for this 22nd meeting with the head of the Kremlin, Narendra Modi does not hesitate to mention the things that upset: “When innocent children are murdered, it pierces the heart, it is an unbearable pain.
