In Sens, south-east of Paris, three promising Polynesian volleyball players make up the staff of the Sens Olympique club: Vaiteani Vaki and the Labaste sisters.

In the volleyball team of Sens, a town located about a hundred kilometers south-east of Paris, a Polynesian family has been reunited. The 24-year-old Labaste twin sisters have been with the club for several years. Vaiteani Vaki, 17, joined the team in 2020.
The latter, a member of the France U18 team, still hopes to progress physically and in her playing technique: “I need to be more aggressive“, she specifies.
Two years from the 2024 Olympic Games, the ambitions of these young Polynesian volleyball players are legitimate.
