Forward all, boats and barrels! They are called La Rabouilleuse, La Sybille, Bachi and Bouzouk or La Faou and Le Roy, these are the flat-bottomed Loire boats of “La Rabouilleuse – Loire school”, which offer you beautiful perspectives for walks along the water. And what could be better in the summer in this heat, than to go by boat during the day, at dawn or at dusk to taste the always incredible landscapes of the Loire. After only a few meters, you may have the impression of having changed country, of finding yourself in Asia or elsewhere, in another era where the engine noises have disappeared. Let yourself be carried along the water by the sail or the bourde, this long hooked pole, one of the traditional tools of Loire navigation and watch the animals live: egrets, terns, kingfishers and other birds but also the beavers that you may be able to see in the evening…
Several proposals to enrich your summer with La Rabouilleuse:
– One and a half hour walks at different times of the day (dawn, day, dusk).
– The provision of a boat (which can accommodate up to 12 people) with pilot for 2 hours minimum.
– Picnic evenings, bivouacs.
– Cultural or scientific services.
