In Béarn and Bigorre, Samsic is present in Pau, Tarbes, Orthez, and has an agency housed in Industry at Candia and Fromageries Occitanes. As part of the development of one of its customers, specializing in the distribution of agricultural products, Samsic Pau, recruits teleadvisers (F/M) in relation with professionals. Both positions are to be filled as soon as possible.
Missions :
Installed in an Open Space, you will join a team of 3 people to manage outgoing calls, and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Profile:
- Experience in telephone platform and outgoing calls
- Good customer relationship management
- Know how to present a range of products to professionals
- Build customer loyalty through advice
- Training and / or experience in the trade will be a plus
Skills and know-how:
- Very good relationship
- Mastery of loyalty techniques
- Very easy to manage outgoing calls
Working conditions :
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
- The amplitude of the service is from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a meal break of 1 or 2 hours.
- Positions are to be filled as soon as possible
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting a job at the SMIC for the 1st month, the time of the job training
- Possible increase according to experience and speed of learning
- 6 months of interim + CDD or CDI, with minimum job visibility for 2022
